Somehow March has already come and gone! We have been reflecting on how it has been a full year of the pandemic, and how different this March feels from last March. While getting back to some level of “normal” is still in progress, it feels like there is a lot more hope than this time last year. I am grateful to have gotten my vaccines and am grateful we are trending in the right direction.
March feels like the turning point between seasons, probably because it is the official start of Spring! Warmer days, more sunshine, and blooming flowers are all welcomed and celebrated! I hope you are enjoying the beginning of Spring.
Have fun checking out my monthly round-up of favorites.

March Roundup + Links + Why they are my Favorites!
- Lemon Tutti Pot – Lemons scream Spring to me! They look so fresh and pretty. When I saw this pot with lemons on it, I knew it would be the perfect base for a nice houseplant. The cherries and oranges are also adorable!
- No Demo Reno – I like following Jen (@theramblingredhead) on Instagram for her home decor tips, clothing try-on sessions, makeup tutorials, and general hilarious family shenanigans. I feel like I am always drawn to fellow redheads. 🙂 She has a new show out and it is a lot of fun! Great ideas for renovating rooms without major demolition.
- Vintage Crock – I love using vintage crocks as plant pots. They can also be used for wooden spoons, umbrellas, fresh or dried flowers, and so many other things! When I look at my 3-gallon crock and know that my grandma used it to make pickles, it makes me so happy! These special antiques are what make a house a home. Crocks can be very expensive, but keep a lookout on FB Marketplace or antique stores.

4. Wood Picture Frame with Mat – These are high-quality frames that look expensive, but are very reasonably priced. I like that they come with a mat, which can be removed if you want.
5. Cinnamon Almond Granola Bars – I picked up a box of these bars from Costco because I liked the minimal ingredients. They are very tasty and I will buy them again. Perfect with a fruit or vegetable for a snack.
6. Vintage Hobnail Plant Pots – When looking for plant pots, I typically try to find ones that will work in most rooms in my home. The versatility makes them very practical and easy to move around. I love the hobnail dot look on these pots. They are neutral, but the texture adds a lot of character. Check out more ideas for plant pots that work for every style of decor and budget!
7. Still Life Art Print – I framed this print in the wood picture frame listed in #5. Choosing your own prints from thousands is a fun way to show your style and personality, with a custom result! Prints are also easy to change out if you are ready for something different.
8. Macrame Plant Hanger Set – If you follow me on Instagram, you may have seen that I recently hung several macrame plant holders! The process to install the hooks was very simple and I love the results. This set is nice because you get 3 plant holders!

9. AHA Peach + Honey Sparkling Water – I love to sample different brands and flavors of sparkling water, and this peach+honey combination does not disappoint!
10. The Inspired Room – I fell in love with Melissa and her blog immediately! Her tagline is “let’s create a home you can’t wait to come home to”, which really resonates with me. She is also very encouraging to those of us who are new to the blog world. I like her style and find her ideas inspiring and approachable. You should check her out!
11. Flameless Candle Set – Candles are such a pretty addition to any room, and flameless candles are great because you don’t have to remember to blow them out! These even come with timers that are controlled with a remote. I have mine set to turn on for 4 hours every evening. See below for how I styled mine!
12. Threshold Glass Vase – This Studio McGee wide-mouthed glass vase is the perfect container for about anything you can imagine! It can easily be used throughout the seasons. I currently have mine styled with candles and black pebbles, sitting in our hutch. This vase could serve as a mini terrarium, or filled with lemons, fresh flowers, shells, mini pumpkins, strings of lights, or left alone to show off its elegance.
13. Decorative Polished Black Pebbles – These polished rocks look great in a vase with candles or as a decorative accent to a pot of succulents! See the pictures below for two different ways I used these pebbles lately.

I hope you enjoyed reading about my March favorites. It brings me a lot of joy to share ideas, inspiration, and encouragement with you!
